    Το Εθνικό Ιστορικό Μουσείο με αφορμή την περιοδική έκθεση «Από τη Μεγάλη… στη Σύγχρονη Ελλάδα (Μέρος Β΄): Οι Πρόσφυγες» που ολοκληρώνεται στο τέλος του χρόνου, οργανώνει την Κυριακή 9 Νοεμβρίου 2025 και ώρα 19.30 την προβολή της ταινίας του Νίκου Κούνδουρου «Μαγική ΠΟΛΙΣ» (1954).

    Πρόκειται για την πρώτη ταινία του δημιουργού, τα γυρίσματα της οποίας έγιναν στο Δουργούτι (σημερινό Νέο Κόσμο), μία αθηναϊκή συνοικία που είναι άμεσα συνδεδεμένη με τους Αρμένιους και Έλληνες πρόσφυγες που κατέφτασαν στην Ελλάδα από τη Μικρά Ασία. Ένα συνοικισμό που υπήρξε για πολλές δεκαετίες χωνευτήρι ανθρώπων και πολιτισμών.
