Όλοι μαζί ενωμένοι, για να αποτελέσει ο φετινός τελικός στα Τρίκαλα στις 5 Οκτωβρίου σημείο αναφοράς και αγώνα-σταθμό όχι μόνο για την κοινωνία της ευρύτερης περιοχής, αλλά και για τη δημοφιλή σειρά Run Greece.
Αυτό ήταν το συμπέρασμα και συνάμα το μήνυμα που προέκυψε από την ευρεία σύσκεψη τοπικών φορέων με αντιπροσωπεία του ΣΕΓΑΣ στο κτήριο της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Τρικάλων την Πέμπτη 4 Σεπτεμβρίου.
Τον ΣΕΓΑΣ εκπροσώπησαν ο αντιπρόεδρος της ομοσπονδίας, Δημήτρης Χαχάμης, το μέλος και πρόεδρος της επιτροπής Αγώνων σε Δημόσιο Δρόμο και βουνό, Ιάκωβος Πετσούλας, ο διευθυντής του Αυθεντικού Μαραθωνίου, Δημήτρης Χαλβατζάρας ο τεχνικός αγώνων εκτός σταδίου, Νότης Παπούλιας και ο τεχνικός σύμβουλος, Ηλίας Κορώνας.
Παίρνοντας πρώτη τον λόγο, η οικοδέσποινα της συνάντησης, Αντιπεριφερειάρχης ΠΕ Τρικάλων, Χρύσα Ντιντή τόνισε ότι ο αγώνας έχει ιδιαίτερη βαρύτητα και αποτελεί ιδανικό μέσο προβολής της πόλης μέσω της διαδρομής που περικλείει ιστορικά πολιτιστικά τοπόσημα των Τρικάλων.
«Πρέπει να δοθεί η δυνατότητα σε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερους πολίτες να λάβουν μέρος. Ο αγώνας αυτός πρέπει να γίνει θεσμός», δήλωσε χαρακτηριστικά.
Ο Θεματικός Περιφερειάρχης Αθλητισμού της Περιφέρειας, Σωτήρης Σολούκος, κάλεσε με τη σειρά του, όλους τους εμπλεκόμενους φορείς να συνδράμουν στην επιτυχή τέλεση του αγώνα, ενώ αναφέρθηκε και στην ανάγκη να ενισχυθούν οι αθλητικές υποδομές σε όλες τις πόλεις της Θεσσαλίας.
Τον Δήμο Τρικκαίων, συνδιοργανωτή του αγώνα μαζί με τον ΣΕΓΑΣ και την Περιφέρεια Θεσσαλίας, εκπροσώπησε ο Αντιδήμαρχος Παιδείας, Αθλητισμού και Πολιτισμού, Μιχάλης Λάππας, ο οποίος τόνισε:
«Η τέλεση του τελικού στην πόλη μας αποτελεί ιδιαίτερη τιμή. Οφείλουμε να τον δούμε ως γιορτή, να τον εξελίξουμε και να βοηθήσουμε ώστε να γίνει θεσμός. Είμαστε όλοι μαζί ενωμένοι».
Ο αντιπρόεδρος του ΣΕΓΑΣ, Δημήτρης Χαχάμης, ως κάτοικος Τρικάλων έχει ιδία άποψη για την κοινή εκστρατεία των φορέων της πόλης να συνδράμουν για την επιτυχία του τελικού αγώνα της σειράς Run Greece. Από τη μεριά του είπε χαρακτηριστικά προς τους παρευρισκόμενους:
«Είμαστε όλοι μια γροθιά. Έχει σχεδιαστεί μια πολύ όμορφη και γρήγορη διαδρομή, που αναδεικνύει τα ενδιαφέροντα σημεία της πόλης. Ευχαριστούμε όλους τους φορείς για τη μεγάλη διάθεση που δείχνουν να διεξαχθεί ένας αγώνας με μαζική συμμετοχή, σε όμορφο περιβάλλον και πάνω από όλα με ασφάλεια».
Το μέλος του ΔΣ του ΣΕΓΑΣ, Ιάκωβος Πετσούλας, αναφέρθηκε στις διαδρομές που περιμένουν όσους και όσους λάβουν μέρος στον τελευταίο σταθμό του Run Greece στα Τρίκαλα:
«Έχουμε τον αγώνα των 10 χλμ., τα 5 χλμ., απόσταση που ενθαρρύνουμε τη συμμετοχή όχι απαραίτητα με τρέξιμο, αλλά και με δυναμικό βάδισμα, καθώς επίσης τον παιδικό αγώνα, το Family Run, και τον αγώνα για ΑμεΑ, απόστασης περίπου 700 μέτρων. Όλοι όσοι είμαστε εδώ πρέπει να βοηθήσουμε ώστε ο αθλητισμός να αποτελέσει αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της καθημερινότητας όλων των πολιτών. Το έχουμε ανάγκη ως χώρα».
Ο Δημήτρης Χαλβατζάρας εντυπωσιάστηκε από τη μαζική παρουσία των εκπροσώπων των φορέων της πόλης: «Είναι η πρώτη φορά που βλέπω τόσο μαζική κινητοποίηση. Η μεγάλη συμμετοχή και στον αγώνα είναι ο μεγάλος στόχος. Φέτος, δώσαμε ένα επιπλέον κίνητρο και στους πρωταθλητές των αποστάσεων της χώρας να έρθουν να αγωνιστούν στον τελικό στα Τρίκαλα σε μια πιστοποιημένη διαδρομή. Θα έχουμε την ποιότητα, θέλουμε και την ποσότητα» υπογράμμισε ο διευθυντής του Μαραθωνίου.
Στη σύσκεψη παρέστησαν επίσης ο διοικητής του ΤΤ Τρικάλων, Κωνσταντίνος Κωστακόπουλος με την αξιωματικό Φωτεινή Παπαχαρίση, εκ μέρους του ΤΕΦΑΑ ο καθηγητής και προπονητής, Δημήτρης Σούλας και ο Αθανάσιος Τσιάκας από την ειδικότητα κλασικού αθλητισμού, ο πρόεδρος του Περιφερειακού Τμήματος Ελληνικού Ερυθρού Σταυρού Τρικάλων, Στέφανος Μπέης, και επίσης οι Χρήστος Τρικάλης (Διευθυντής ΠΕ Τρικάλων), Κωνσταντίνος Χατζής (Τμηματάρχης Αθλητισμού Π.Ε. Τρικάλων), Αλέξανδρος Καπανιάρης (Διευθυντής ΔΕ Τρικάλων), Ευαγγελία Κοντογιάννη (Προϊσταμένη Διεύθυνσης Δημοτικής Αστυνομίας), Χρήστος Κωτούλας (ΥΦΑΣΧΑ ΔΑΕ Τρικάλων), Βάνα Αντωνιάδου (Τμήμα Αθλητισμού Δήμου Τρικκαίων), Σοφία Αυγέρη (Ταμίας Συνδέσμου Κριτών Δυτ. Θεσσαλίας), Παρασκευή Γρατσάνη (Προπονήτρια ΓΣ Τρικάλων), Βύρων Γιόντζης (Πρόεδρος Συνδέσμου Δρομέων Τρικάλων) και η Άννα Μπέλτσιου από την Act4V-Εν Δράση, η οποία έχει αναλάβει το πολύ σημαντικό τομέα των εθελοντών.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησης έγινε επίσης ανταλλαγή απόψεων και ιδεών σχετικά με την καλύτερη δυνατή επικοινωνία του αγώνα μέσα από μια σειρά δράσεων. Υπήρξε, επίσης, δέσμευση από όλους τους φορείς να συνδράμουν με όλες τους τις δυνάμεις για την επιτυχία του αγώνα, ενώ έγινε λόγος και για την πραγματοποίηση παράλληλων δραστηριοτήτων που θα ενισχύσουν το κοινωνικό και πολιτιστικό μήνυμα του μεγάλου αυτού δρομικού γεγονότος σε μια πόλη με μεγάλη παράδοση στον αθλητισμό.
