Πρόκειται για μια θέση που δεν στρέφεται ούτε κατά της κυβέρνησης ούτε κατά της Νέας Δημοκρατίας. Στρέφεται αποκλειστικά προς τη Δικαιοσύνη, η οποία καλείται να επιβεβαιώσει στην πράξη ότι δεν λογαριάζει πιέσεις, δεν καλύπτει σκοπιμότητες .
Η τραγωδία των Τεμπών δεν είναι μια «υπόθεση ρουτίνας». Είναι ένα εθνικό τραύμα. Και η μόνη θεσμική δύναμη που μπορεί να σταθεί στο ύψος των περιστάσεων είναι η Δικαιοσύνη. Όχι με λόγια, αλλά με πράξεις.

Αν η Δικαιοσύνη θέλει να αποκαταστήσει το κύρος της, δεν μπορεί να αφήνει αναπάντητα τέτοια ερωτήματα. Γιατί όταν ένας πατέρας ρισκάρει την ίδια του τη ζωή για να μάθει την αλήθεια, τότε το πρόβλημα δεν είναι ατομικό. Είναι πρόβλημα Δημοκρατίας.
